The Gathering Apprenticeship exists to identify, mentor, and train the next generation of leaders who will carry the mission of the church into the next era, empowering them to lead with wisdom, confidence, and humility.

This ten-month apprenticeship, launching in 2026, leverages the relationships of the Together network to provide intentional discipleship, practical ministry experience, and spiritual formation through pastors and leaders across the community.
